  1. Run your expired search in Flexmls and open the results list.
  2. Export Search Results. The data file downloads, and a photo-download link sits at the bottom of that page... grab both.
  3. Open the private (agent) report to get the listing agent and their office / brokerage.
  4. Come back here: hit Add report batch and paste the report text. Then on each property, upload the photos, type the MLS #, and fill in the prior agent + brokerage.
